Morning workout

I have a busy day ahead and really wanted a sleep in for the first time in a long time. As such this was my work out for this morning....


Skipping would have to be one of the best exercises out there. This workout only took about 10 minutes but that doesn't mean it wasn't tough or worth it. My heart was pumping and in no time I was working up a sweat. You don't have to do hours of exercise for results, you just need to do a workout that is effective.
